Dear Mike,

I just wanted to jot you a note to let you, and your company know how pleased we are with the training our German Shepherd Rambo, received. He has matured from a puppy who, although he had a wonderful disposition, had no ability to follow commands or exhibit any self control, to an obedient one year old. He is a beautiful, intelligent dog and will bring our entire family many years of enjoyment. We are extremely grateful for the time you spent with him, and especially with the loving attitude you exhibited toward him in guiding his learning.
